SOUTH BAGHDAD CITIZENS VOTE IN DROVES
| October 15, 2005 BAGHDAD, Iraq – On a day when terrorist activity was expected to be at its highest, the citizens of south Baghdad seemed unafraid as they turned out in droves to vote on the Constitutional Referendum Oct. 15.
